KERIN E. CASHIN
Kerin Cashin is our Director of Finance. Kerin graduated from Temple University in 2006 with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Sociology with majority of her experience pertaining to child development, child psychology, educational psychology and cognitive behavior. Kerin also acquired an A.A.S in Behavioral Science from Delaware County Community College in 2003. She is nurturing and caring as these acquired skills help foster growth, learning, and creativity of our students. Her prior work experiences has provided her with many tools which are a valuable asset in our center.
Kerin continues to show growth in leadership skills and has a strong Educational Foundation in creating Age-Appropriate lessons for our Preschool students. Kerin uses the knowledge and resources from attending the DVAEYC conference each year to help facilitate and support her lesson plans. She is a mother of two boys and she and her husband Dan spends a great deal of time introducing them to the world of trains, cars, and literacy. We like to think of Teacher Kerin as our resident artist and scientist as she is always the first one to be on deck with the messy activities and makes many of our art props within our school. Her strengths are creativity, exploration, student and family engagement and storytelling, she is truly a natural at her craft. Kerin has honed her leadership skills since working at Changing Lanes Learning Center since December 2011, and because of her amazing leadership, she was promoted to Director of our Norwood Location in December 2020.
